Announcements for May 21, 2019

Last night Aubrey Syryczuk broke the school record in the girls triple jump with a jump of 32'8" Congrats to Aubrey and all the girls who competed last night.

Girls events competing at the Sectional Meet in Cameron  on Thursday are 3200 meter relay, 1600 meter relay, 3200 meter run, 800 meter run, discus, shot put, triple jump. Boys events competing in Cameron are 100 meter dash, 110 meter high hurdles, 800 meter relay, 1600 meter relay, 800 meter run, high jump. Great job by everyone last night and we qualified almost every person on the team, boys and girls for Sectionals!!! Way to go and good luck to all our athletes, from the track coaches

Softball will be dismissed at 2:45 today

After announcements today all 5th, 6th and 7th grade band students please go to the band room

8th graders after you finish eating meet  in the band room 

There will be class meetings Thursday 3rd hour after announcements

Seniors if you want Mrs. Lukes to steam your robe for graduation please get it to her by today or tomorrow.

The Regional softball game today will start at 4:00 here at Gilman

If you haven't purchased a 2018-2019 yearbook you are in luck-  Mrs. Danielson has a few copies left. Bring $35.00 cash or a check payable to the School District of Gilman and get your yearbook before school is out.

Gilman Community Blood Drive will be held on Tuesday, June 18 from 1:00 p.m-7:00 p.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. to make an appointment call Karen at 715-447-5712

There will be a senior meeting today after announcements in Mr. Gingras's room

Attention 8-11 graders. It is time to select next year's high school student council. Candidate forms can be picked up from Ms. Olson. The completed forms are due back to Ms. Olson by Wednesday, May 29th.

Any student ages 11-13 interested in attending the FREE babysitting class on June 7th, pick up a permission slip in the office.

Just a reminder that pets are not allowed at school events on school grounds

Students we greatly appreciate your enthusiasm at events.   This is a reminder that school policy has been and continues to be that Gilman schools does not allow stomping on bleachers.  Please refrain from doing so while participating in events as a fan or competitor. 

Reminder students who are staying in the building after school must have direct supervision

This is a reminder that students that come into school at 7:45 need to stay in the hall area by the office until the bell rings
